For 7 nights aboard the SeaOra we cover 4 Maldivian atolls: North Malé, Ari, Vaavu (Felidhoo) and South Malé. A balanced route: manta rays at their cleaning stations, whale sharks in South Ari, thilas, channels and drift dives. Mantas and whale sharks can be seen both in the dry season (November to April) and in the wet season (May to October).

SeaOra

The boat

The SeaOra is a boutique wooden boat built in 2008 by local craftsmen with saltwater-resistant materials.

Three decks with an indoor dining room, lounge and bar, a sun deck with loungers and outdoor relaxation areas. All cabins are doubles with private bathroom, hot/cold water and individual air conditioning.

Fully refurbished in October 2026, with all areas renewed.

Day 01

Boarding

North Malé Atoll
Boarding from midday, welcome and safety briefing, and a check-out dive in the afternoon.

Day 02

3 dives

Ari Atoll
Meeting the manta rays.
Kanthila (manta cleaning station), Maaya Thila and the Fesdhoo wreck. Optional night dive near the manta station.

Day 03

3 dives

South Ari
Whale shark day.
Fish Head, Moofushi Manta Point and Maamigili, looking for whale sharks. Barbecue on a sandbank or desert island, weather permitting.

Day 04

3 dives

Ari Atoll
Thilas and coral reefs.
Dhigga Thila, Rah’Dhigga Thila and Rangali Reef.

Day 05

Big pelagics

Central Ari Atoll
A day dedicated to big fish, with current dives.

Day 06

3 dives

Vaavu Atoll (Felidhoo)
Channels and a night dive.
Miyaru Kandu, Alimathaa Reef in the afternoon and a night dive at Alimathaa jetty.

Day 07

3 dives

South Malé Atoll
Diving with sharks.
Kandooma Thila, Emboodhoo Express (drift) and Hulhumale Neru (deep dive, over 30 m, for experienced divers).

Day 08

End of the cruise

North Malé Atoll
Light breakfast, disembarkation and transfer to Malé International Airport (MLE). Earlier disembarkation possible depending on your flight time.
