Cancellation policy
At KAPTAIN we know that travel plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation policy, which applies to all confirmed bookings unless otherwise stated in your individual booking conditions.
Cancellation by the guest
All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to kaptain.info@gmail.com

| Less than 90 days before departure: | 100% of the total cost charged |
Bank, transfer or currency exchange fees will not be refunded.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Cancellation by KAPTAIN
On rare occasions, KAPTAIN reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, mechanical failure or insufficient bookings. In such cases, guests will be offered:
- A rescheduled trip at a later date, or
- A credit voucher valid for 12 months
We are not responsible for costs related to international flights, visas, travel insurance or other external arrangements.
Travel insurance
All guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and dive insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation and lost luggage.
